JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking experienced, creative and results-driven professionals to join a fast-growing company based along Mombasa Road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies
- Create high-quality content (graphics, reels, videos, captions)
- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & other platforms
- Run and optimize paid ads campaigns
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries professionally
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing content and growth results
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite or similar tools
- Experience managing Meta Ads and paid campaigns
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
