Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics, and captions).
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Grow brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly.
- Monitor social media trends and campaign performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to promote products and offers.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in social media marketing.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and other content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and creativity.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or mitumba/second-hand clothing is an added advantage.
