Oraimo is seeking a creative, driven, and digitally-savvy Social Media Specialist to strengthen our online presence and connect with our growing audience. If you're passionate about social media, deeply understand online trends, and love storytelling through content, this could be your next exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute engaging social media strategies and campaigns across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and curate high-quality multimedia content (graphics, short videos, copywriting) tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize content based on data insights.
  • Stay on top of platform algorithms, digital trends, and competitor activity to maintain a sharp market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between online content and product/brand messaging. Execute project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Lead community engagement efforts and build strong online brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven success managing social media accounts with measurable campaign results.
  • Proficient with platform algorithms, scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Buffer), and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Sharp market insight and ability to understand and adapt to user behavior.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective.
  • Creative thinking, quick learner, and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Strong project and time management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • A team player with a collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and a genuine passion for social media.
