Job Purpose

Responsible for managing social media platforms, publishing content, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance to support brand growth. The role focuses on efficient social media management aligned with brand storytelling and social media trends achieving deep emotional resonance (trust-building) and clear conversion intent (appointment bookings, service awareness, virtual clinic uptake).

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, TY & X, etc.)
  • Write captions aligned with brand voice
  • Conduct basic hashtag research and optimization
  • Engage with audience (comments, DMs)
  • Monitor trends and suggest content ideas
  • Track and report performance metrics
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Coordinate with videographer/editor for content pipeline
  • Liaise audience needing support with clinical team
  • Generate platform performance reports

Deliverables

  • Weekly content scheduling
  • Consistent posting across platforms
  • Monthly performance report
  • Active audience engagement

Proficiency with doing e-shots will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant area
  • Experience managing social media accounts- 2 years minimum
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
  • Familiarity with tools analytics tools eg Meta Business Suite
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who works closely with the rest of the teams
  • Experience managing social media for a purpose-driven, healthcare, or NGO brand is a significant advantage
