Installation, monitoring and maintenance of software applications and systems within the company in order to ensure efficiency of business operations.

Installation and configuration of software applications on servers and client/field devices.

Handle system integration projects that may come up from time to time.

Definition of use cases and system testing criteria.

Carry out acceptance testing.

Monitor the health status of assigned software applications and systems.

Perform system maintenance, bug fixes and deploy approved system upgrades.

Perform analyses on software application functionality and suggest improvements.

Consulting with the software development team and internal & external users to improve application performance.

Provide front-end support to internal and external system users.

Provide software application support to ensure effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.

Establishing the root causes of application errors, applying fixes to them and escalating unresolved errors to the Team Leader.

Coordination with system vendors on resolution of escalated support requests.

Participate in formulation, documentation and routine review of policies, processes and procedures relating to installation and maintenance of software applications and systems.

Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Bachelors
