We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our software solutions to meet customer needs.

Job description

Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

Solution selling: Understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions.

Sales cycle management: Drive opportunities from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value.

Performance tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets and report on KPIs regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Proven track record in software sales or SaaS solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
