Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, gynecologic, and soft tissue scans.

Accurately capture, document, and report imaging findings to support clinical diagnosis.

Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with clinicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.

Uphold professionalism, patient dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Educate and reassure patients during procedures to ensure comfort and understanding.

Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with hospital imaging protocols.

Minimum Qualification And Requirements

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Medical Imaging / Diagnostic Ultrasound from a recognized institution.

Valid registration and practicing license.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a busy hospital or diagnostic imaging facility.

Strong scanning skills and ability to produce clear, high-quality images and reliable reports.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.

Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Certification in Advanced Obstetric and Fetal Anomaly Ultrasound is an added advantage.
