Role Context
We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate who thrives on building powerful pipelines of top-tier talent. This is your chance to shape the future of recruitment by identifying key profiles, engaging passive candidates, and delivering market insights that drive hiring success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies
- Build and manage diverse, high-quality talent pipelines
- Present top candidates to specific accounts
- Share labor market insights to guide recruitment decisions
- Participate in coaching and mentoring to sharpen your sourcing edge
What You Bring
- Experience in recruitment, BPO industry, headhunting, and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus!)
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Passion for connecting people with opportunity
