We are seeking a creative, vibrant, passionate and unscripted individual to work
Kitchen Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain kitchen efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow during service. Staff Supervision and Training: Lead kitchen staff, assign tasks, train new hires, and foster a positive, productive work environment. Food Preparation and Quality: Prepare dishes, cook, and ensure all food meets quality standards and presentation guidelines. Menu and Recipe Development: Assist the head chef in creating new menu items, planning menus, and developing recipes. Inventory and Ordering: Manage food inventory, monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the quality of ingredients. Food Safety and Sanitation: Uphold food safety standards, enforce sanitation procedures, and ensure the kitchen meets health regulations. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties and paperwork, including staff scheduling and tracking costs.
Culinary Expertise: Strong command of cooking techniques, recipes, and food preparation. Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and direct kitchen staff effectively, as well as communicate clearly with team members. Time Management: Skill in organizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet service demands. Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on food quality, presentation, and kitchen standards. Adaptability: The capacity to handle pressure and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with the head chef and kitchen team.
Should have at least 6 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
