Established 12 years ago, PrideInn Hotels, Resorts & Camp stands as a prominent and rapidly growing hospitality brand that takes great pride in its Kenyan roots. With a strong presence in 5 counties across Kenya including Nairobi, Machakos, Narok, Mombasa, and Kwale, we currently operate 8 hotels and a camp, employing over 1,000 dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome, check-in and assist guests professionally, ensuring a warm and personalized spa experience.
  • Manage spa reservations, phone inquiries, walk-ins, appointments and daily therapist schedules efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on spa treatments, products, packages and promotions to guests.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of guest information.
  • Promote spa services to in-house guests, conference delegates and walk-in clients through effective engagement and upselling.
  • Maintain a clean, calm, organized and inviting spa reception, treatment and lounge areas.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to generate internal referrals and increase spa bookings.
  • Support spa marketing initiatives, events, promotions and guest engagement activities within the hotel.
  • Encourage guest retention through re-booking, treatment recommendations, package sales and personalized service.
  • Coordinate with therapists and management, record guest feedback, and prepare daily operational and sales reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy, Cosmetology or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end spa will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of spa treatments, products and wellness services.
