Responsibilities or duties

Program Supervision

Oversee students and coaches to ensure adherence to the University's schedule for field activities, ensuring the proper implementation of sports programs.

Data Analysis and Reporting Pro

Generate periodic reports by analyzing information and statistics, providing valuable insights to support the decision-making process within the department.

Facility and Equipment Management

Participate in the procurement of sports equipment and tools and manage sports facilities and property to ensure optimal functionality.

Staff Recruitment and Development

Participate in staff recruitment, ensuring that candidates meet departmental requirements and contribute positively by utilizing their skillsets.

Sports Scholarship Coordination

Provide input into the selection process of sports scholarships students

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Sports related field

Experience needed

Work Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
