TENDER No. KeRRA/08/KWL/39/10%/-22|23-45 – For spot improvement of C212 Kafichoni –
Vigurunganii
The Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the spot improvement of C212 Kafichoni – Vigurunganii during
2022/2023 financial year at Kinango
1. The tenderis only open to YOUTH.
2. Bidders can participate in several tenders, however, a bidder shall not participate in the same tender
individually and also as a Joint Venture.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents
at KeRRA Regional Offices during office hours[0900to 1600 hours] at the address given below.
4. A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenders upon payment
of a non-refundable fees of KShs. 1000/= Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given
below…………………………… Tender documents may be obtained electronically from
www.kerra.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of
charge.
5. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.kerra.go.ke or
www.tenders.go.ke. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars
immediately to kerra@kerra.go.ke or dgkerra@kerra.go.ke or kwale@kerra.go.ke to facilitate any
further clarification or addendum.
6. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for
140 days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a [insert “tender Security” or “Tender-Securing Declaration,”
