Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the stewarding team and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and work areas.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and supplies.
  • Monitor waste management and support food safety procedures.
  • Schedule and coordinate stewarding duties and shift assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Train and guide stewarding staff on proper cleaning procedures and workplace discipline.
  • Support kitchen operations during events and peak production periods.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food Production, Housekeeping, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in stewarding or kitchen support operations.
  • Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
