JOB DETAILS:
Steward
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas as assigned.
- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation and cleaning duties.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
- Dispose of waste appropriately and follow hygiene procedures.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organising supplies where required.
- Support the kitchen and service team during busy periods.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a busy environment.
- Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and teamwork.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
