JOB DETAILS:

STEWARD

Job Summary:
The Steward will support the restaurant and kitchen teams by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
• Wash and organize dishes, glassware, and kitchen tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Dispose of waste appropriately and follow hygiene procedures.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic duties when required.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently followed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a steward, kitchen cleaner, or similar role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
