Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Stock Auditor to help maintain accurate inventory records, verify stock movements, and support strong stock control across branches and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and surprise stock audits across branches and warehouses.
- Verify physical stock against ERP or system records. Investigate shortages, overages, and unusual stock movements.
- Review stock transactions, transfers, returns, damages, and adjustments.
- Report audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate audit trails and reconciliation records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or supply chain certification is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years' experience in stock auditing, inventory control, internal audit, or related role. ence in
- Experience in retail, FMCG, warehousing, or multi- branch operations is highly desirable.
- Experience using ERP, inventory, or accounting systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stock auditing and reconciliation skills.
- Excellent analytical and numerical ability.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
- Good understanding of ERP and inventory systems.
- Good report-writing and documentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of inventory control and audit principles.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Stock audit accuracy.
- Timely identification of stock variances.
- Variance investigation and resolution.
- Completion of scheduled audit coverage.
- Reduction in unexplained stock losses.
- Timely and accurate audit reporting.
