Department-Stocks &Credit Control Section.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional individual who can join us in the role of a Stock and Credit Control Supervisor (Institutions and Supermarkets)

Financial & Analytical Skills Numerical Ability: Essential for analyzing financial data, calculating balances, and processing payments. Financial Analysis: The capacity to review financial data, assess creditworthiness, and identify potential payment issues. Risk Management: The ability to assess and manage credit risks for new and existing clients, as well as potential inventory risks. Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy in billing, stock records, and financial reports. Management & Leadership Skills Leadership: To guide and mentor a team in managing stock and credit control processes. Policy & System Development: The ability to create and implement efficient policies and systems for debt collection and inventory management. Reporting: To prepare and present clear, data-driven reports to management on debt collection, credit risks, and inventory performance. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Negotiation: To negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes with clients to protect the company's bottom line. Customer Relationship Management: Building strong, trusting relationships with customers to facilitate smoother payment processes and resolve issues. Verbal Communication: Excellent communication skills are needed to answer complex queries, explain terms of credit, and navigate difficult conversations. Operational & Adaptability Skills Working Under Pressure: The composure and focus to handle high-pressure situations, such as chasing overdue payments or resolving invoice disputes. Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying issues, such as potential payment problems or inventory discrepancies, and recommending appropriate solutions. Adaptability: A willingness to learn and stay updated with evolving industry practices, regulations, and financial software.
