Job Summary
The Store Assistant supports the daily operations of the supermarket by assisting customers, replenishing stock, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing various operational duties assigned by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries.
- Replenish merchandise on shelves.
- Help receive and organize stock.
- Maintain cleanliness of the store.
- Support promotional activities.
- Assist with stock counts.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- KCSE Certificate.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
