Job Summary
The Store Attendant will manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of pharmaceutical products and general supplies to ensure proper inventory control and warehouse management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure proper storage conditions for pharmaceutical products
- Issue stock items as authorized and update stock cards accordingly
- Report discrepancies and damaged goods to the supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum KCSE / Form 4 certificate
- Certificate in Store Management or Procurement is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Honest, physically fit, and reliable
- Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical store is preferred
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
