Core Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality against delivery notes and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock records across raw materials, consumables, and spares.
  • Support variance analysis and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain GRNs, issue notes, transfer notes, and return records.
  • Update all movements promptly in the ERP system.
  • Keep the store well organized, clearly labeled, and easy to navigate.
  • Follow safety and material handling standards at all times.
  • Work closely with procurement, production, sales and mainatainance teams.
  • Support smooth material flow without delays or last minute firefighting.
  • Assist during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain transparency, accuracy, and control at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
  • Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management, Store Management.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
