Responsibilities or duties

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items. Issue stock to departments while maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or variances.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the store area.
  • Prepare stock reports and support inventory management processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all stock movements.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Stores Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use inventory management systems.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience needed

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality, catering, or food production.
  • Experience using the Odoo system will be an added advantage.
