Our client in the Retail Industry is seeking to recruit a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and ensure the store maintains exceptional customer service standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
• 2–3 years’ store or retail management experience (fashion industry preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance coaching
• Strong eye for fashion and aesthetics; skilled in visual merchandising
• Experience in sales strategy, budgeting, and performance reporting
• Able to manage stock, shrinkage control, and store presentation
• Committed to a customer-first, results-driven retail environment
