KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage store sales performance and profitability

Bachelors Degree in any business related to meet monthly and annual targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and stable stock availability.

Drive store traffic and customer acquisition through digital marketing channels such as SEO and social media

Coordinate and execute e-marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams.

Support daily order processing and handle after-sales applications and customer issues.

Manage store operational tasks including campaign participation, inventory counts, and pricing updates.

Verify vendor payment amounts and support vendor reconciliation processes.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth store operations.

Strong data analysis skills (Excel is a must). 3. Ability to match supply and demand to optimize sales and inventory.

Strong understanding of customer acquisition and traffic growth strategies.

Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Experience in Home Appliances, Home Furnishings, or Beauty Products will be an added advantage (depending on the store assignment).
