Job Description
Our client, a well-established resort, is seeking to recruit a competent and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and procurement processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and/or system-based)
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
- Issue materials and supplies as per approved requisitions
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances
- Maintain proper storage standards (FIFO, hygiene, organization)
- Support procurement processes including supplier follow-ups
- Prepare periodic inventory and stock reports
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a storekeeper, preferably in hospitality or a resort setting
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
