JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
Receive, store, issue, and record all food, beverage, cleaning materials, and operational supplies for the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming goods against LPOs and delivery notes.
- Maintain proper stock levels and reorder alerts.
- Issue items to F&B, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Update stock cards and assist with month-end stocktakes.
- Keep store clean, organized, and pest-free.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Stores Management or related.
- 1+ year experience in hotel storekeeping.
- Honest, numerate, and physically able to lift goods.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
