JOB DETAILS:

Storekeeper

Job Summary

The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and recording company products, raw materials, packaging materials, and other stock items.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.
• Verify quantities and documentation against deliveries.
• Properly store and organize inventory.
• Issue stock based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor expiry dates, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure proper stock rotation, including FIFO/FEFO where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the stores.
• Prepare stock and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, FMCG, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Good record-keeping and inventory management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
