Job Description
The jobholder will be responsible in providing administrative support to the Strategy and Innovations department

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Analysis and Business Intelligence Review: Review Market Trends and Internal Performance Reports to provide insights for business planning and course correction. This will also include providing a monthly Operating Environment update indicating key market developments
• Strategic Planning support: Support coordination of the strategic planning and review process and support Business Units plans and goal alignment. The incumbent will also support the process of creatively cascading, communicating, and internalizing the strategy across the organization and to key external implementation partners for buy in.
• Strategic Initiatives Tracking: Provide administrative support in tracking the Business initiatives to ensure timely weekly and monthly updates by responsible action owners as per the reporting requirements
• Business Analysis and Insights: Support the preparation of monthly strategic implementation reports and keep Senior Managers informed of project direction as necessary. This will also include quantifying the impact of business initiatives by utilizing data gathering tools, extracting data for analysis and interpretation, preparing reports synthesizing analytical results and outlining business cases to appropriate levels of management
• Strategic Reporting: Provide support in preparing high quality business reports on a monthly and quarterly basis focused on strategic priorities for consumption by senior management.
• Meetings Facilitation: Provide facilitation support in running of strategy review meetings including agenda preparation, scheduling, minute taking and following up of action items.
• Strategic Reporting: Provide support in preparing business reports on a monthly and quarterly basis focused on strategic priorities for consumption by senior management
• StraTex Tool Update: Update the Corporate Scorecard and the Departmental Scorecard on the online Strategy Execution (StraTex) Tool on a monthly basis. This will also include supporting Departmental Heads in updating their respective Scorecards on the Stratex Tool

Minimum Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Prior experience in a Strategy/Business Consulting/Research Role.
• Practical experience in use of MS packages
• Demonstrable ability to prepare quality reports

• Professional and of unquestionable integrity
