KEY TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop high-quality CEO briefing materials, including strategic updates, performance insights, and decision-support packs.
  • Coordinate and track execution of strategic transformation initiatives across business units.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform strategic positioning and growth priorities.
  • Prepare Board and ExCo papers, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Support performance tracking of key transformation milestones, including preparation of dashboards and progress reports.
  • Provide structured research and analysis on emerging trends in insurance (e.g., digital distribution, embedded insurance, bancassurance, and operational efficiency models).
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by supporting governance forums, working groups, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps across strategic initiatives and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate executive office operations, including administrative processes, schedule management, stakeholder engagement, and day-to-day operational support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Office of the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy support, consulting, corporate planning, or transformation roles.
  • Prior experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or regulated industries
