I’m thrilled to share my first post of the year with an exciting opportunity to join one of my teams at One Acre Fund. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to work within the Office of the CEO. This is an exciting role that helps shape our strategy and results, and will help deliver on our ambitious vision of reaching 10 million smallholder households by 2030.

Qualifications or requirements

• 3+ years in strategy, consulting, or international development
• A strong "get it done" mindset for complex project management.
• Someone who loves combining data-driven analysis with human centered design

Location: Nairobi or Kigali preferred (but with some flexibility)
