About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Structural Technician to support us on airframe maintenance and repairs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity of aircraft by performing inspections, modifications, and repairs on fuselage, wings, doors, and other critical components.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Aeronautical Engineering.
- A degree is a plus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in structural/airframe work
- Familiarity with aircraft materials (e.g., aluminum, composites)
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to read blueprints and work with minimal supervision
- Certification or licensing is a plus

- Inspect and repair structural components of the aircraft airframe
- Identify and address damage such as cracks, corrosion, and dents
- Perform fabrication and fitting using precision tools and materials
- Interpret engineering drawings and structural repair manuals (SRMs)
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with regulations
