The Institute of Software Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Admissions & Recruitment Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Salary:
Ksh 40,000 per month plus an attractive performance-based commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and enroll prospective students into our vocational and technical training programmes.
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable training programmes.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective students.
- Guide applicants through the admissions and registration process.
- Maintain accurate student records in Zoho CRM.
- Achieve monthly student enrolment targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions journey.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Education or a related field.
- Experience in sales, admissions, customer service or student recruitment is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and customer-focused.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho is an added advantage.
