To maintain our high standards as we grow, we are seeking a hands-on, energetic, and detail-oriented Female Service Supervisor to join our management team.
JOB PURPOSE
The Service Supervisor will oversee daily floor operations, lead our service crew, and ensure seamless guest satisfaction. Managing a team of 15 service staff operating across morning and mid-morning shifts, this role requires an active leader who can enforce service excellence, coordinate team rosters, and maintain a sharp eye on venue upkeep.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shift Leadership: Coordinate and supervise the morning and mid-morning shifts for our team, ensuring optimal floor coverage, punctuality, and discipline.
- Service Excellence: Oversee food, beverage, and guest service delivery, maintaining high standards of hospitality during peak and off-peak hours.
- Venue Presentation: Lead the service team in maintaining immaculate cleanliness, setup, and ambiance across all front-of-house and service areas.
- Team Supervision & Dynamics: Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and foster a collaborative environment alongside the existing male supervisory team.
- Operational Control: Supervise Point of Sale (POS) operations, order accuracy, and daily shift cash reconciliations.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints swiftly and professionally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, Hotel Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue.
- Leadership: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity (e.g., Shift Leader, Captain, or Supervisor) directly managing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern hospitality POS systems and shift rostering.

- Exceptional eye for detail regarding venue cleanliness and presentation.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Physical stamina and flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
