Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and target-driven Supervisor to lead our team, oversee daily production activities, and maintain high standards of efficiency, safety, and quality control on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and staff performance.
• Monitor production lines to ensure targets are met efficiently and on schedule.
• Enforce hygiene, safety protocols, and company quality standards.
• Mentor, train, and motivate team members to achieve peak performance.
• Compile and submit operational reports to the management team.
• Ensure complete compliance with company policies and local manufacturing regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Production Management, or any related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
• Competencies: Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure environments.
