SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customers receive a professional and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Monitor customer service and operational standards.
• Support cashiers, bartenders, and other service staff when required.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper presentation of the premises.
• Monitor staff attendance, conduct, grooming, and performance.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor cash-handling and transaction procedures.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate important issues to management.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate serious incidents to management.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or a similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Organised, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Professional and confident when dealing with staff and customers.
