Responsibilities

• Shift Supervision: Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction .
• Staff Coordination: Assign tasks to waitstaff, bartenders, cashiers, and support staff, and monitor their performance .
• Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally, escalating issues to the Manager when necessary .
• Quality Control: Ensure food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met .
• Cash Handling Oversight: Supervise cashier operations and ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation .
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor stock levels during shifts and communicate low-stock items to management .
• Health & Safety: Ensure all staff adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols .
• Training: Assist in training new staff on service standards, procedures, and systems .
• Reporting: Prepare shift reports on sales, incidents, and staff performance .
