SUPERVISORS

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising daily operations and staff to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality standards, customer satisfaction, and compliance with workplace procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure operational and service standards are maintained.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address complaints.
• Ensure staff follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor stock, equipment, cleanliness, and general workplace conditions.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues to management.
• Train and guide junior staff where necessary.
• Support management in achieving operational and business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
