Supervisor
Job Summary
Oversee daily lounge and restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent service and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate employees during shifts.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, service quality, and workplace discipline.
- Support stock control and daily operational reporting.
- Ensure health, safety, and operational procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
