Supervisors / Team Leaders – 2 Positions

Job Summary

The Supervisor/Team Leader will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff, monitor performance, and ensure that services are delivered efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
• Allocate duties and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and conduct.
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.
• Address customer and staff concerns professionally.
• Monitor stock, equipment, cleanliness, and general operations.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate issues to management.
• Train and guide team members where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.
