TENDER NOTICE
The NG CDF GATUNDU NORTH Invites applications for pre-qualification from interested eligible bidders for supply of under listed,goods works and services "as and when required basis" for the financial years 2022-2024 for period ending 31 DECEMBER 2024

ITEM DESCRIPTION:Supply and Delivery of Electrical Materials, solar equipment and other Appliances
ELIGIBILITY:Open

Interested eligible bidders may obtain Tender Documents from the NG-CDF Office at Kamwangi 2nd floor upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Kshs.1,000/= per set and should be issued a miscellaneous receipt or download at www@ngcdf.go.ke.

Attach all the following mandatory documents as shown below,
1. Certified copy of certificate of Incorporation / registration.
2. Certified copy of valid national construction authority (NCA) certificate where applicable
3. Certified copy of KRA Pin.
4. Certified copy of valid Tax compliance.
5. Certified copy of CR 12.
6. Interested specials (women, youth and persons with disabilities) must attach AGPO certificates.
7. Certified copy of the license from the relevant licensing authority where applicable.

Completed documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked "TENDER NO.... FOR....." must be deposited in the tender box at the NGCDF OFFICE 2ND FLOOR or sent by post to:

So as to be received on or before 18th January 2023 at 10:00 AM.
Pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately thereafter in presence of bidders or their representatives.
