About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Swimming Pool Attendant to join our team at Hooray / Excelon. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety, cleanliness, and overall positive experience for all pool users.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring pool activities and enforcing safety rules.
• Performing regular water quality tests and adjusting chemical levels as needed.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool area, including deck, furniture, and restrooms.
• Assisting pool users with inquiries and providing a friendly, helpful service.
• Responding to emergencies and administering first aid when necessary.
• Performing routine maintenance on pool equipment.

Qualifications and Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

• Previous experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant is an advantage.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required.
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
