Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support: Provide initial assistance to client requests via phone and email.
  • System deployment: Install and configure new door lock systems on servers and workstations and redeploy existing ones.
  • Hardware/software maintenance: Ensure systems are maintained to agreed standards.
  • Client guidance: Support clients in understanding and correctly using software/hardware in the hotel or organizational settings.
  • Minor repairs: Perform small-scale fixes on hardware equipment and locks.
  • Technology updates: Stay current with new technologies and industry developments.
  • System improvement recommendations: Advise clients on justified enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Support Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in computer hardware installation, troubleshooting, and system administration.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
  • Valid passport required.
  • Reside in Nairobi
  • Fluency in French is an added advantage.
