About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Associate will provide support in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing interview materials, and sending out candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with other members of the HR/Coordination team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • MUST HAVE ENGLISH C1
