Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

  • Prepare job descriptions for new roles and review and update job descriptions for existing roles with the Line Managers to reflect any changes in the job requirements.
  • Utilize strategic recruitment methods, including job boards, networking platforms and recruitment agencies to identify and attract top talent.

Candidate Screening and Assessment

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Prepare interview questions beforehand in liaison with Line Managers.
  • Prepare and administer pre-employment assessments and Interview Challenges as needed.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Hiring Managers.
  • Support hiring managers by sharing interview guides and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.

Offer Management

  • Draft offer letters and employment contracts for new hires in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate quality background checks for all roles.

Onboarding and Integration

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Line Managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of recruitment timelines
  • Quality of shortlisted candidates
  • Candidate and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Accuracy of recruitment documentation and records
  • Timely onboarding of new hires
  • Compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Recruitment tracker accuracy and reporting
  • Contribution to Talent Acquisition process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/HRIS is an added advantage.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
