• Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM Kenya Time (8-hour workday)
• Work Arrangement: On-site

Requirements

• English level: B2+
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, sales, business development, or related fields
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Full-time availability

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche, and recurring positions to support current and future hiring needs.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate databases, ensuring all sourcing activities and candidate information remain updated and organized.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, provide pipeline updates, and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
