Job Summary

The Pipeline Builder is responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging top talent to create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, market research, and continuous relationship-building with qualified professionals across multiple roles and industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a proactive, fast-paced environment and has a strong sourcing mindset

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and recurring roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized sourcing platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, availability, and interest.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with active and passive candidates for long-term pipeline development.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates within the ATS.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics, providing regular pipeline status reports and insights.
  • Develop and execute creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in sourcing and recruitment

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage talent pipelines independently.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience sourcing for high-volume and/or specialized roles.
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies and market-mapping techniques.
