Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the delivery of recruitment across 4G Capital, ensuring operational teams are resourced effectively and in line with business goals. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles, ensuring fairness, compliance, and a strong candidate experience. Additionally, the role will oversee onboarding processes, background checks, and recruitment reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery – Manage the recruitment lifecycle for operational roles, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, and selection. Ensure recruitment is timely, efficient, and compliant with internal policies and labour laws.
- Manage Placements & Workforce Gaps – Monitor turnover and workforce gaps within operational teams, ensuring quick placement of replacements to minimize resourcing risks and maintain business continuity.
- Manage Candidate Experience – Provide a seamless and inclusive candidate journey, ensuring clear, timely communication, structured assessments, and prompt feedback to all candidates.
- Onboarding Support – Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including contract preparation, documentation, HRIS setup, induction coordination, and feedback collection to improve the onboarding experience.
- Background Checks – Conduct in-house pre-employment checks and coordinate third-party providers for comprehensive background screening. Ensure compliance and timely completion before hires commence.
- Recruitment Reporting & Analytics – Track and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and quality of hire. Provide data and insights to support continuous improvement in workforce planning and hiring outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, strengthen fairness and transparency, and improve efficiency of systems, tools, and service levels to the business.
- Collaboration & Business Partnering – Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition and operational priorities.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS..
Professional Experience
- 4 years’ experience in recruitment or HR operations, preferably with exposure to high-volume hiring.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience conducting interviews and assessments, and supporting onboarding processes.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented with a strong commitment to candidate experience.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities under pressure.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
