Role Context
Are you passionate about recruiting and eager to grow your career in Talent Acquisition? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Associate and play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across our organization.
Schedule
4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
- Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ATS knowledge is a plus)
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Experience
Recruitment, HR, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
