Role Context

Schedule

4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS
  • Support recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ATS knowledge is a plus)
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

Experience

Recruitment, HR, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
