Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and oversee recruitment operations. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, guiding a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring hiring targets and KPIs are met.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job requisition to offer stage.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to recruiters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Availability to work full-time.

• Experience in high-volume or regional recruitment.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with recruitment data.
