Talent Development Manager at Airtel
Bharti Airtel Limited is an Indian global telecommunications services company based in New Delhi, India. It operates in 18 countries across South Asia, Africa, and the Channel Islands.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include:
- Drive the learning and development agenda through given resources and channels e.g. E-learning, classroom and masterclass sessions
- Measure training effectiveness using metrics like performance improvement, engagement rates and ROI.
- Conduct skills gaps analysis using performance data and stakeholder feedback
- Engaging leadership to build a succession plan
- Using performance statistics, identify and map top talent across the business
- Drive talent Initiatives such as mentorship, high potential, programs, Internship and Attachment programs
- Oversee the onboarding and training for new and promoted employees
- Manage contracted training vendor to ensure compliance to given service level agreements and provision of service in line with the business needs
- Manage the training budget and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management
- A minimum of 5- 8 years’ experience in HR
- Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver for the business
