Background
The Nairobi Women's Hospital is a hospital in Nairobi, Kenya. The hospital was founded in 2001 by Dr. Sam Thenya and is the first of its kind in the East and Central Africa region
Role Context
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Officer to support organizational growth through effective training coordination and recruitment support. The role will be responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains the right talent. This position is currently open at our Head office
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,Higher Diploma in Human Resources will be added advantage
Experience
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years cumulative work experience as Talent Officer.
